Hello! My name is Mai. I'm from Kyoto, Japan. These are some of the most popular recipes in Japan. They are healthy and easy to make. Most of them take 20 minutes or less to prepare. Itadakimasu! (Let's eat!)

Greetings Mai! Curry Pan is one of my favorite dishes (if not THE favorite) on the planet, and I thank you so much for posting. My wife is Japanese (Hadano) and I have been there and love it. If people have never been, I recommend that they visit your city, Kyoto, as the beauty and history is breath-taking. I had the pleasure of being there on the day of the historical annual parade (forgive me that I do not remember it's title). When I retire, my plan is to retire in Japan. I've been to many countries, but have not loved them as I do Japan. thank you!
