Should this have dashi in it? It doesn’t seem like there’s enough liquid to cook for 20 minutes.
Does this not need dashi? It seems like there’s not enough liquid to cook everything for 20 minutes.
Very affordable vegige sushi and a good place to take omnis as they have a wide variety of interesting (and traditional) rolls. The staff was incredibly friendly.
I am really confused with Sake and mirin…are they two different things? Why does it say Aji-mirin (sweet rice cooking wine)? That’s not sake? haha
