Hello! My name is Mai. I'm from Kyoto, Japan. These are some of the most popular recipes in Japan. They are healthy and easy to make. Most of them take 20 minutes or less to prepare. Itadakimasu! (Let's eat!)

Thank you - this looks perfect for hot August! I love your recipes! I love Japanese food but was always intimidated by trying to cook it, but your recipes are so easy to follow and with simple common ingredients I have anyway (except sake!) that I can do them and they are yummy!
