arigato gozaimasu Mai-san! your recipes are easy to follow and identify unlike Toro-chan’s (my younger brother) weird food experiments. And Negi’s are getting hard to find in the food markets in America (im foreign exchange student) so again arigato gozaimasu :D (i going to make miso soup next)
