		<description>Mai, wonderful recipe! I live in Atlanta, GA, USA. We have good Japanese restaurants here, but they all charge about 700 yen for 6 gyoza! I used your recipe and made more than 20 for the whole family. We finally got to eat enough gyoza! Instead of Hajimemashite, I say Yoroshiku, because I will be trying your other recipes! Arigato Gozaimasu!</description>
