Sorry! I know katakuriko but didnt even see it in the recipe (I’d just woken up!) I can see it now tho!

Hi Nichola. That’s katakuriko. It’s a starch. You can use corn or potato starch as a replacement if you can’t find it.

Yum! What is the white stuff in the dish? Corn flour or something? Did you use that too?
