Hello! My name is Mai. I'm from Kyoto, Japan. These are some of the most popular recipes in Japan. They are healthy and easy to make. Most of them take 20 minutes or less to prepare. Itadakimasu! (Let's eat!)

Hi J’adore le Japon
Thanks for catching that. I've fixed the recipe. Salt and pepper are #4 in the preparation.

Hi Mai, I'm a bit confused about the recipe. How much mirin? It doesn't say. And when to add the 1/2 tsp salt?

Thank you.

I think the pork was different. We can buy thinly sliced loin or belly pork at the supermarket, cut bacon thin.
If you have chance to go to an Asian supermarket, please check for sliced pork.
