There is a restaurant in Winfield, BC(Canada) that serves spicy ebi mayo. it is delicious! I order it every time I go.

There is a small Chinese buffet restaurant near where I live that also has some Japanese dishes too. As I was looking at all the food I could choose for lunch today, I was so surprised to see that one of the serving containers was filled with Ebi Mayo! So I got a little bit to eat with my lunch.
This restaurant is in Minneapolis, Minnesota (United States).

Hi Mai-chan! I love your website! My Okasan was a fantastic Japanese cook, but unfortunately she never had recipes for her delicious dishes…I would have to watch her and write it all down.
